Solid Cone Sprays

Steinen offers a wide variety of full cone / solid cone spray nozzles to satisfy mostly requirements.

• Offered in five different body styles
• Flow rates from 0.20 gallons per minute (GPM) up to 50 GPM (.75 liters/minute to 190 LPM)
• Spray angles from 40˚ to 125˚
• Pressures from 3 PSI to 500 PSI (.2 BAR to 35 BAR)
• Constructed in various materials including steel, 303 & 316 stainless steel, brass and CPVC
• Available in pipe thread sizes from 1/8 inch to 1” NPT (other thread sizes and types available upon request)

General purpose full cone / solid cone sprays:

• The two piece nozzle (Type SSM), with a removable internal vane
• The three piece removable tip nozzle and internal vane (Types SF & SM) without disturbing the pipe connection
• Wide angle versions of the above nozzles  (Types SSMW, SFW & SMW)

Tangential full cone / solid cone sprays:

• The 90 degree ‘tangential’ full cone spray nozzles (Types TSF & TSM) designed for right angle spray installations
• Three piece removable tip nozzle and internal vane for easy maintenance without disturbing the pipe connection
