Steinen is the leading designer and manufacturer of misting nozzles in the world. The quality and precision of our misting nozzles cannot be matched by any other nozzle manufacturer.

What sets Steinen apart is our ability to produce nozzles that can create a finely atomized spray with uniform droplet size, consistent spray angles, and at lower pressures than other manufacturer’s nozzles. The result is a nozzle that offers the highest performance in a wide variety of settings and applications.

However, don’t confuse highest quality and performance with the highest price. Due to our significant production volumes of these misting nozzles, Steinen’s production efficiencies result in very competitive prices.

Steinen offers a wide variety of misting nozzles to satisfy almost any requirement. Nozzles are offered in five different configurations, three different spray angles, flow rates from 0.2 gallons per hour (GPH) up to 124 GPH (.75 liters/minute to 470 LPH), at pressures from 40 PSI to 500 PSI (2.8 BAR to 35 BAR), in various grades of stainless steel.

Five types of misting spray nozzles are available:

• the single nozzle tip (Type A), which is supplied with a porous bronze filter to prevent clogging (9/16”–24 NEF-2 thread)
• the nozzle tip (Type A) in a female adapter (1/8, 1/4 and 3/8 inch pipe threads in Brass or stainless Steel) (Type AF),
• the nozzle tip (Type A) in a male adapter (1/8, 1/4 and 3/8 inch pipe threads in Brass or stainless Steel) (Type AM),
• the compact sized nozzle tip (Type P), supplied with a 200 mesh filter (1/4 inch NPT male thread), and
• the miniature sized nozzle tip, with removable internal components and 200 mesh filter (Type MN) with a 1/8 inch NPT male thread
