Flat Spray Mining
General Details
Traditional mining flat spray nozzles:
- Offered in spray angles from 15° to 90°
- Flow rates from 0.5 gallons per minute (GPM) up to 1 GPM (1.9 liters/minute to 3.8 LPM)
- Constructed in various materials including Brass, 303 & 316 stainless steel
- Available in 3/8 inch pipe thread
- Offered in standard ¾” ‘hex’ body style (SN579-1) and in compact ‘wrench flats’ body style (SN579-2)
General purpose flat sprays:
- The single piece nozzle (Type V), has no cores or internal members to clog
- Offered in spray angles from 0° to 160°
- Flow rates from 0.20 gallons per minute (GPM) up to 50 GPM (.75 liters/minute to 190 LPM)
- Pressures from 5 PSI to 1,000 PSI (.35 BAR to 70 BAR)
- Constructed in various materials including Brass, 303 & 316 stainless steel
- Available in pipe thread sizes from 1/8 inch to 1” NPT (other thread sizes and types available upon request)
